Jack Kirby Collector #84 is a Steve Sherman Tribute Issue, dedicated to Jack's DC Comics assistant and close friend for 50 years! Featuring tributes and reminiscences from Kirby family members, close friends, comics creators, and fellow professionals within the entertainment industry where Steve used what he learned from Jack as a puppeteer on films like Men in Black and TV projects including Pee Wee's Playhouse and O.G. Readmore. There's also Mark Evanier's in-depth interview with Steve about their days assisting Kirby, Steve's discussion with Rand Hoppe and Tom Kraft of the Jack Kirby Museum about Kirby's Speak-Out Series (In The Days of the Mob, Spirit World), photos and Kirby memorabilia from Steve's personal collection, and an interview with Steve's wife Diana Mercer about their lives together, both in and out of comics and Kirby.
