The PRINT Edition is SOLD OUT! But a DIGITAL Edition is available!

Fall 2010 - 84 pages

DRAW! #19 (80 pages with color), the professional “how-to” magazine on comics and animation, goes behind-the-scenes into the studio of Doug Braithwaite (Earth X, Secret Invasion: Thor, The Punisher, Justice and The Brave & the Bold), one of the top realistic artists working in comics today, for a demo and interview. Beginning this issue, we welcome pro inker and former ROUGH STUFF editor Bob McLeod to DRAW!, as he presents a regular "Rough Critique" of a newcomer’s work. Also, former WRITE NOW! magazine editor Danny Fingeroth comes aboard for a regular feature on Writer/Artists—this time spotlighting R. Sikoryak, writer/artist of the current "Masterpiece Comics" collection, and contributor of comics style spoofs to The Daily Show and a wide variety of mainstream magazines. Then, Mike Manley offers another installment of Comic Art Bootcamp, this time focusing on his work as the new artist on the Judge Parker newspaper strip! Edited by Mike Manley. NOTE: May contain nudity for figure-drawing instruction; suggested for Mature Readers Only.
