Help us get through Diamond’s bankruptcy! Order from our new updated 2025 Catalog here!
Diamond Comic Distributors has filed for bankruptcy without paying for our December and January magazines and books, leaving us with enormous losses—and we still have to cover our expenses on those items, and keep producing your favorite publications. Until payments from our new distributor begin in a few months, we’re staying afloat with webstore sales. So here are five ways you can help:
1) Order something at www.twomorrows.com! Anything you purchase directly from us—print or digital—will help us stay in business, and avoid disruptions to our upcoming releases. Get our new 2025 catalog here for easy ordering.
2) Subscribe or purchase our next few issues! Retailers could miss some items during our switch to Lunar Distribution, and new tariffs may result in price increases. Save by pre-ordering upcoming items from TwoMorrows now, and subscribe or renew your current print or digital subscription. Plus, with our new lower international postage & subscription rates, fans outside the US can have any of our magazines shipped worldwide for just $15.95 postpaid!
3) Check out our Rainy Day Sale for: • Full 8-volume sets of American Comic Book Chronicles hardcovers at 30% off! • Ultimate Bundles of our magazines, and more!
4) Tell your comics shop to switch their Diamond orders to Lunar! Diamond cancelled orders for all new items starting with the ones below. Use these Lunar Codes to re-order at your local comics shop by February 10!
5) TwoMorrows Contributors Offer! Have you contributed to our publications and need more copies of your work for your files, or for family and friends? • Any magazine issue you contributed to is $3 each plus shipping. • Any book you contributed to is $5-15 each (based on cover price) plus shipping. Email store@twomorrows.com or call 919-449-0344 to order.
With the help of loyal readers like you, TwoMorrows Publishing will get through this, and emerge even stronger.Thank you for your many years of support. TwoMorrows’ fans are the best!
We love our customers outside the US, and know it can be difficult finding TwoMorrows magazines in some of the cozier villages and hamlets around the world. And now, Diamond Comics Distributors’ bankruptcy is only going to make that harder.
So if your local comics shop hasn’t yet made the switch to Lunar Distribution (our new exclusive distributor), we’re here to help! We’ve just lowered our international postage rates, so a single issue of our magazines shipped virtually anywhere outside the US, costs just $5 (and that includes a FREE UPGRADE to a rigid mailer)! We also dropped our international subscription rates to reflect that new per-issue price!
The new lower postage rates also mean savings on books and back issues, but be sure to support your local comics shop, and encourage them to work with Lunar to stock our books and magazines if they are able to.

And your retailer can still order these items from Diamond IN FEBRUARY ONLY:
I’m pleased to announce that Lunar Distribution is our new exclusive Direct Market distributor to comic book stores. This is effective immediately, starting with Alter Ego #192, RetroFan #37, and Back Issue #158, shipping in February and March. Those, plus our new printings of the 1965-1969 and 1980s volumes of our American Comic Book Chronicles hardcover series, are arriving here from our printer shortly, and ready for ordering through Lunar. They will mail to subscribers just prior to when they hit stores in a few weeks.
If you already pre-ordered these at your local comics shop, please let your retailer know immediately that Diamond will be cancelling orders for them, and they need to place a new order through Lunar by February 10. If your retailer doesn’t re-order for you, or you just want to ensure you don’t miss an issue, consider ordering direct from TwoMorrows Publishing at www.twomorrows.com.
Alter Ego #193, RetroFan #38, Comic Book Creator #38, Jack Kirby Collector #93, Cryptology #3, and BrickJournal #89 are all completed, and waiting for Lunar’s order so we can go to press—so be sure your retailer places a Lunar order for those also. Our new books announced for 2025 (the Marshall Rogers bio, American Movie Comics, First Comics Companion, and Futuristic) will also have to be ordered through Lunar, and all our products will start being listed next month in the March 2025 issue of Lunar’s Next Phase catalog (#39), available at www.lunardistribution.com.
So, why the switch in distributors? Plain and simple, as much as we’ve enjoyed working with Diamond Comic Distributors over the last 30 years, their bankruptcy left us with substantial losses for our late 2024 and early 2025 releases. Our new agreement with Lunar gives us a more secure future, being exclusively distributed alongside DC Comics, Image Comics, and others. Diamond will continue to fill retailer orders for O/A (Offered Again) products and backlist items already solicited in their November-February Previews catalog, and Diamond Book Distributors will continue providing the bookstore market with our books.
Very shortly, I’ll unveil our plans to recoup some of our losses from Diamond’s bankruptcy, and avoid disruptions to our 2025 releases. Get ready for some creative ways that you, our loyal readers, can support us through this switchover, and help us emerge even stronger on the other side!
